Information you choose to submit

The quote form asks for your origin, destination, estimated date, move size, name, phone and email. You may also provide notes and indicate vehicle, packing and storage needs. Contact consent accompanies the request. Avoid including payment information, identity documents or other sensitive records in optional notes.

How a request is used and shared

Information is used to process your moving inquiry and support matching with selected moving partners based on route, timing, availability and move details. ModelMoving and selected partners may use the information to contact you about the move under the consent you provide.

The form sends requests through Web3Forms for delivery into the lead workflow. Service providers that support form delivery and request management may process the information for those functions. Selected moving providers have their own terms and privacy practices.

Traffic attribution

With JavaScript enabled, the site records campaign parameters, referring website and landing-page information in session storage. This helps identify where a request originated as you navigate the site. Submitted requests include those attribution fields and the current page URL.

Do not place sensitive personal information in a URL or campaign parameter. Browser settings can prevent attribution storage, and the form remains usable when that happens.

Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics to understand page visits and selected actions, such as starting a request or exploring a route. The website’s custom events do not include your name, phone, email, street address or free-text notes. Page-view URLs omit query parameters. Google may process device and network information and use analytics cookies.

Browser controls and content blockers can limit analytics. See Google’s privacy information for its processing practices.

Your local planning tools

Checklist checkmarks are stored only in this browser’s local storage. Use Reset checklist or clear browser storage to remove them. Inventory-tool selections and date-planner inputs are handled in the page and are not submitted as quote data. These tools require no account.

Selecting an Atlas route updates planning guidance; using its quote button copies the selected origin and destination into the request form. They are sent as request data only when you submit the form.

Questions, updates and choices

For questions about your information, correction requests or contact preferences, use the contact options at ModelMoving. Provide enough context to identify the inquiry. A selected moving provider may also need to receive your request directly for information it controls.

Request information may be retained for inquiry handling, follow-up and applicable business obligations. Ask ModelMoving about a specific retention or deletion request. This page may be updated as the website and workflow change.
